How to Access Your Donation 

Click the Sign Up Now button below

Follow the steps to create your account. This will only take a moment. Once your account is created you will be automatically logged in. 

Click the drop down "Shop" tab and click Adult Medical Grade Face Masks. Add 1 box of the SoftLoop™ Adult Surgical Mask - ASTM Level 1  into your cart. Any additional products will automatically receive 30% OFF their original price. 

Applying the Discount Code:
Click the cart icon in the top right corner which will direct you to your shopping cart. 

Scroll to the totals at the bottom. The option to add a discount code will show up just above the subtotal.

Enter code 4HEROS in the discount code box and click APPLY. Your discount will be automatically applied to the SoftLoop™ Adult Surgical Mask - ASTM Level 1. All other products will automatically receive 30% OFF at checkout 

Once your discount has been applied you can continue to the checkout page where you will be asked for your shipping and billing information.
